What we collect
When you send our quote form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the service you are interested in and your project details. We also record which of our websites the request came from.
If you call us, we see your phone number and anything you tell us on the call.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your request, schedule an estimate and do the work you hire us for. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, so they can reach us. Our install crew sees your details to schedule and complete your project.
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
Cookies and tracking
We use WhatConverts, a call and lead tracking service, to see which pages and searches lead to calls and quote requests. It may set cookies, record the page you came from and your search terms, show a tracking phone number that forwards to us, and record calls and form submissions made through this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and project records only as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Call us at the number below and we will take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
